Guardian Angel is a Smart Safe Swimsuit for Kids Designed to Automatically Inflate to Prevent Drowning

Live on Kickstarter, the Guardian Angels is an intelligent swim-suit with an automatic inflatable system designed to protect children while swimming.

Shenzhen, China - June 12, 2019 /MarketersMedia/ —

Guardian Angel, the revolutionary new smart swimsuit from KSOS with an automatic inflatable system designed to protect children while swimming, is live on global crowdfunding platform Kickstarter and raising funds to bring the project to life.

Each year, thousands of children tragically drown in accidents worldwide. The Guardian Angel intelligent anti-drowning swimsuit hopes to keep children safe and parents at peace with their groundbreaking new product.

"Thanks to our product, playing by the beach, swimming at a community pool, or enjoying a wonderful holiday by the resort pool won't be a worrisome issue anymore as this equipment will be guarding the safety of children like guardian angels,” says founder and CEO Tony Ke.

To get started, parents simply need to set the alarm time before swimming. Once the swimming kids sink into the water the alarm will trigger and the swimsuit airbag will inflate in 3-5 seconds and the child will float back up to the water’s surface. It is very comfortable to wear and won't any panic to the child while using as it feels similar to sleeping in an inflatable bed. The Guardian Angel’s effective buoyancy is 2 hours after the airbag is inflated, after which point a new compression cylinder will need to be replaced along with the waterproof seal.

In addition, an LED on the swimsuit emits a red alarm indicator for positioning and alarming effects, which is especially helpful at night, to accurately locate the child. The Guardian Angel is easily charged a USB cable and when fully charged boasts a battery life of up to 10 hours.

The Guardian Angel swimsuit kit includes a swimming cap, a swimsuit tops, a swimming trunk, a USB power cable, and a compressed cylinder for inflation. Backers of the project are able to access special pricing during the Kickstarter campaign.

"In August 2017, the number of teenagers and babies released by the United Nations who had drowned worldwide was 370,000 people. The pain and hurt experience by the surviving relatives of these children shocked my heart,” adds Ke. “I asked myself at the time, ‘What can be done and what would be the most timely rescue solution?’ The answer is: self-help. This is why we set out to create the world’s most intelligent anti-drowning swimsuit ever created.”

Hip-hop star Nicki Minaj to perform in Saudi Arabia

Sep 21, 2019

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — Saudi Arabia said Wednesday that hip-hop star Nicki Minaj will perform in the ultraconservative kingdom as it sheds decades of restrictions on entertainment. The female rapper is known for her outlandish, provocative style and hits like "Anaconda," where she raps about her "big fat" backside. Her lyrics are often laced with profanities and her skin-bearing music videos often include twerking. Christian groups criticized her 2012 Grammy Awards performance, which included dancing priests and an exorcism. Saudi organizers announced she would be the headline act at the Jeddah World Fest on July 18. The concert, which...

The ceremony on June 20 would mark Kraft's highest-profile public appearance since he was charged in February with soliciting a prostitute at a Florida massage parlor. He has pleaded innocent. Kraft, a longtime supporter of Jewish and Israeli causes, can expect a warm welcome during a nearly weeklong visit. In addition to collecting the $1 million award, he is scheduled to have lunch...

Turkey's Erdogan witness in footballer Mesut Ozil's wedding

Sep 21, 2019

ISTANBUL — Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was in the wedding party as Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil tied the knot on Friday. State-run Anadolu news agency said Erdogan and his wife, Emine, were legal witnesses for Ozil, who married model, actress and former Miss Turkey Amine Gulse in Istanbul. Secular Turkish weddings require a witness each for the bride and groom. Ozil, a German player of Turkish descent, quit Germany's soccer team last year after he was criticized for posing for a photograph with Erdogan before the World Cup. In his international retirement announcement, Ozil accused the German football federation,...

Libyan commander hands over prominent militant to Egypt

Sep 21, 2019

CAIRO — A prominent Egyptian militant wanted for scores of terror attacks in his country was handed over to Egypt on Wednesday by Libyan forces loyal to a commander pushing to take the capital of Tripoli and flown to Cairo. Egyptian TV networks aired footage of a blindfolded Hisham el-Ashmawi, a former army officer turned militant, landing in Cairo and being taken off a military plane. El-Ashmawi was captured last October in the Libyan city of Derna, a longtime bastion of Islamic militants, by commander Khalifa Hifter's self-styled Libyan National Army. Hifter's forces now are battling to take Tripoli, fighting...

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — The Muslim holy month of Ramadan, with its long days of fasting and prayer meant to draw worshippers closer to God and away from worldly distractions, is being reshaped by technology. People in the Middle East spend close to 58 million more hours on Facebook during Ramadan and watch more YouTube videos — everything from beauty tips and recipes to sports and TV dramas — than any other time of the year, making the holy month not only the most important one for Muslims, but also the prime time of the year for advertisers.
