As for his academic appointments, he serves as a Professor within the Department of Ophthalmology at the Oakland University/William Beaumont Hospital School of Medicine.
An enthusiastic researcher, Dr. Black's research interests include advances in brow and forehead lifting, and botulinum toxin investigations. He lectures nationally and internationally, and has numerous publications.
